Family: Pyralidae.

This tiny, pretty moth flies in the sunshine - wherever there are herbs, it is fairly common.
It is on the wing twice a year, in Spring (usually May) and late-Summer (August - September); although the one pictured was actually in late-April 2011, the earliest I've seen it.
