Photo taken on the banks of Loch Ness, Scotland.

Closely related to the Carrion crow. Found in N and W Scotland, N Ireland and on the Isle of Man where there is open ground where there are scattered trees and rocks. It has a carrion diet. They are more sociable than the carrian crow and can be found in small flocks.
Eggs: 3-6
Incubation: 18-19 days
Fledging: 28-38 days
Length: 45-47cm
Wingspan: 93-104cm
