Wingspan 2-4cm. Wings lemon- yellow. Flight period early May to Mid August ( one brood)
Flies mainly at night but can be seen during the day. Caterpillar..Green or grey-brown, back warty...Feeds on hawthorn, sloe, and other deciduous trees..
