During the breeding season the Grey wagtails habitat can be found on fresh flowing water (river and streams) neighbouring woodland or scrub and waterside shingle or rocks. Man-made structures such as bridge supports and canal-side masonry may also provide valuable nesting sites.

Fledging: 13-14 days
Maximum lifespan: 7 years
Length: 18-19cm
