Red Kites have been reintroduced into several parts of the UK. However, the best and certainly one of the most memorable sites in which to see them is Gigrin Farm at Rhayadar, mid Wales.
Here the birds are feed everyday giving excellent views of these spectacular birds. The bird in the photo was discovered outside the area and was brought into the Gigrin Rehabilitation centre due to being severely malnourished. He has since been successfully reintroduced back into the wild.
