Luculia is a genus of evergreen shrubs, grown for their flowers and foliage. Half hardy to frost tender. This particular one is L. gratissima. Heads of loosely arranged, very fragrant, pink flowers. The other variety is L. grandifola which has white fragrant flowers. Flowers in May in New Zealand. Very hard to propogate from. Wonderful fragrance!
