Common name: Jew's Mallow. Trouble free, deciduous shrub which flowers in April-May. Any garden soil, avoid a wind-swept site. Prune shoots which have flowered in June. Propagate by taking rooted pieces from parent shrub or plant cuttings in a cold frame in the summer.
