Common name: Pasque flower. 12cm/6in. Rhizomatous rootstock planted in autumn for spring flowering. Good subject for the rockery. Attractive seedheads. Propagate by sowing seeds under glass in summer, or by root division in autumn. Plant roots firmly. Prefers full sun and lime soil.
