Deciduous sub-shrub. Small but freely produced blue flowers in late summer. Lance shaped grey-green leaves. Frost hardy. Prefers full sun and light, well drained soil. Cut back hard in Spring. Propagate by greenwood or semi-ripe cuttings in summer or by seed in autumn.
