Species poppy with 2 layers of scarlet red petals and black blotches in the centre. A small flower measuring approx 3 inches across. The inner petals stand upright giving it the appearance of a tulip. Foliage is blue/grey and deeply cut. Height approx 18 inches. Very floriferous. Plant in full sun and propagate by seed.
