("Gerwat") (G.Wallichianum 'Buxtons Variety' X G. Himalayense) A seedling found in a garden and introduced by Blooms of Bressingham. A vigorous grower with wide spreading stems up to 4ft long. The flowers are 4 cms in diametre. Flowering begins late June and continues until the first frosts. Half shade is preferred or a cool north facing site. Propagation is very difficult. As yet I have not tried it.
