Commonly known as 'Angels' trumpets'. Semi-evergreen shrub grown for large flowers borne in late summer. H&S variable. Frost tender to 7-10C. Prefers full sun. Water containerised specimens freely when in full growth. Overwinter in frost free place and prune hard in early spring. Propagate by seed in spring or by greenwood or semi-ripe cuttings in early summer or later.
